Osprey Heating & Air, LLC.
About the Owner Osprey Heating & Air was founded by Matt Dobrowolski with one goal in mind — to deliver HVAC work the right way.
Matt grew up in Cody, Wyoming, where hard work, self-reliance, and doing things right the first time weren’t optional—they were expected.
After serving in the United States Army Infantry, he went on to attend Arizona State University, originally pursuing criminal law. But over the years, he found himself working in the trades—and quickly realized it was something he genuinely enjoyed and took pride in.
What started as a job turned into a true passion.
Along the way, Matt met his wife in Bothell, Washington, and continued building both his life and career around craftsmanship, discipline, and doing right by people.
Now, nearly a decade into the trade, Osprey Heating & Air is built on a simple standard:
Do clean work. Be honest. Take care of the customer.
As an owner-operated company, every project is handled with precision, accountability, and pride. When you call Osprey, you’re working directly with the person responsible for the quality of the job.
No sales pressure. No inflated upgrades. Just dependable heating and cooling built to last.
Why Osprey Heating & Air Exists
Osprey Heating & Air was built on a simple belief: homeowners deserve honesty, quality workmanship, and clear communication.
Too often in the HVAC industry, jobs are rushed, corners are cut, and customers are left confused about what they’re paying for. Osprey exists to change that.
We believe in transparency — explaining what’s wrong, what your options are, and what actually makes sense for your home. No pressure. No inflated upgrades. No hidden surprises.
We believe in communication — showing up when we say we will, keeping you informed during the process, and making sure you understand your system before we leave.
And above all, we believe in doing the job right the first time — building heating and cooling systems designed to perform in Montana’s demanding climate and stand the test of time.
Osprey exists to raise the standard.
